Gloria Victorina Torres Rojas – Public Administration (Paraguay)

Gloria dreams of becoming a public administrator but without a degree knows it may never be possible. To achieve her goal, Gloria has enrolled in the Universidad Católica Sede Caaguazú. She expects to graduate in June, 2013 but without a loan is unsure how she will be able to continue affording her education. She shares that her alternative would be to take time off from school to work and save money until she could return. Gloria shares that it is important to her to graduate on time so she can enter into the job market as soon as possible. With a $1,459 loan, Gloria plans on using the loan to cover the cost of her graduation fees. Often there are fees for earning your title in public administration before graduating. With a degree in public administration she expects to earn $81 a day.
